This venue has a great location in the downtown area, just 15 km from the airport.

Location, reasonable rates and excellent support from staff.

Lack of basic utensils in the kitchen for simple catering; for example no chopping board, cutting knives, dinner plates, etc. We even had to ask to get an electric jug to be able to make some tea.

Comfortable and clean. Big rooms. Near the Banhof and the U-bahn.

The Hotel has few parking places and you cannot reserve one. It is not easy to park in the neighborhood. There is not a lift for the luggages.

I had a standard queen room and it was compact with a large TV and tea. The hotel was wonderful small and in a central location. There was a pleasant restaurant, a main shopping street and a shopping street next door. Everything was simply really good.

Location was perfect for me as i had a meeting in the morning near-by. Very quiet street. Historical building. Beautiful lounge. Large room with separate kitchen. Tea making possibllity in the room.

We had a family room on the top floor, the room was rather big and new, nice hotel I would recommend.

Construction site just opposite the hotel, one morning it was rather noisy... We arrived at about 10 P.M. and had to pick up the keys of the entrance door and of the room in another hotel in the near.

The service is professional, breakfast is yummy. And very convenience to everywhere. Walk to central station only need to spend 2 mins. The roomies very clean and luxury.

Charming hotel with great value for money. We arrived late and were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary breakfast included for our whole stay. The room, although a bit dated, was spacious and clean with a modern bathroom. The location was convenient, close to the main bus and train stations, making it easy to explore Hamburg's attractions. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options, including salmon. Despite the neighborhood being a bit sketchy, we felt safe and enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel for its old-world charm, excellent service, and proximity to Hamburg's main sights.

The location was not really confertable. The place was a kind of red light zone.

The hotel is reasonably priced and close to the main train station. The bathrooms are modern and the rooms beautifully decorated. The luxurious colors and fabrics were refreshing after staying in so many blank hotels with generic interiors.

General decor-- recently done and very tastefully presented Breakfasts are good value

Not a major matter for us, but lack of a lift is surprising given the fairly steep stairs.

The hotel is charming, small, and has a very friendly and helpful team. The location is marvelous and absolutely perfect, close to the train station with nice restaurants in the area. It's a great chilled-out base for exploring Hamburg.
